To protect your rights, this Privacy Policy explains how Woolinte collects, uses, and stores your personal information, and what rights you have. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using Woolinte. By using Woolinte products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to Woolinte's own features and services (including the app and mini-programs), and does not apply to any third-party products or services. Before using third-party services, please understand their features and privacy policies.
Definitions:
• Woolinte: A mobile inventory, sales, and financial management tool provided by Hangzhou Zhimeng Technology Co., Ltd. Woolinte products and services refer to the Woolinte client (including iOS and Android versions) and the inventory and financial management application services it provides.
• User: Individuals or organizations that purchase, register, log in, or use Woolinte products and services, including but not limited to legal entities, government agencies, other organizations, partnerships, or individual businesses. Users can create enterprise workspaces and invite individuals to join as end users.
• Personal Information: Information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a natural person, including but not limited to name, phone number, and company name.
• Sensitive Personal Information: Information that, if leaked, illegally provided, or abused, may endanger personal and property safety, including name, mobile phone number, and company name.
• Personal Information Deletion: The act of removing personal information from systems involved in daily business functions, making it irretrievable and inaccessible.
• Unique Device Identifier: A string of characters generated by the app based on device information (UUID based on Android ID) to uniquely identify the device.
• IP Address: A number assigned to each device connected to the internet, typically assigned by geographic region, used to identify the location of the device.
• GPS: Global Positioning System. The GPS receiver on your device can receive signals from GPS satellites and calculate your location.
• Wi-Fi: A technology that allows electronic devices to connect to a wireless local area network (WLAN).

1. What Types of Information We Collect
To provide services, optimize our services, and ensure account security, Woolinte collects information that you actively provide, authorize, or that is generated when you use our services:
1.1 Account Registration Information: To facilitate your login, your company or you may need to provide your mobile phone number.
1.2 When you use Woolinte services, we collect the following information to provide and maintain services, improve user experience, and ensure account security:
1.2.1 Device Information: Based on your device model and granted permissions, we collect device-related information including unique device identifier (UUID based on Android ID), device model, operating system version, app version number, and device accelerator (including gravity sensor).
1.2.2 Log Information: When you use Woolinte, we collect service usage logs including network access method, type and status, network quality data, operation logs, and service log information (including URLs viewed and service fault information).
1.3 Before uploading and managing operator user names and phone numbers, please ensure that you have obtained explicit consent from the operator users, only collect end-user information necessary for operational and functional purposes, and fully inform end users of the purpose, scope, and method of data collection.
1.4 Main information Woolinte needs to access and its purposes:
1) Location access — required for location check-in feature.
2) Photo album access — required for selecting product images.
3) Camera access — required for scanning feature.
4) Bluetooth access — required for connecting to printers.
5) Storage access — required for offline order creation and app updates.
6) Device ID access (UUID based on Android ID) — required to manage registered user count and ensure proper login.
7) Microphone access — required for voice input feature.
8) Notification permission — required for receiving business message alerts and recording status notifications.
The above features may require you to enable permissions for location, camera, photo album, storage, and notifications on your device. You can check and manage these permissions in your device Settings (Android: Settings → Apps & Notifications → Permissions → Woolinte; iOS: Settings → Privacy). Enabling these permissions means you authorize us to collect and use the relevant personal information. Disabling them means you revoke the authorization, and we will no longer collect or use that information, though certain features may become unavailable. Disabling permissions does not affect the processing of personal information previously authorized.
Please understand that our features and services are continuously updated. If a feature not described above requires collecting your information, we will inform you separately through page prompts, interactive processes, or website announcements about the content, scope, and purpose of the information collection to obtain your consent.
2. How We Store This Information
We strictly comply with laws and regulations and our agreements with users to store collected information. If we use your information beyond the stated purposes, we will inform you again and obtain your consent.
1. Storage Location: Enterprise data is stored on your Woolinte business data server. By default, personal information collected within China is stored on the Chinese mainland in accordance with laws and regulations. Users may choose to configure servers in other regions.
2. Data Transmission Security: We use HTTPS encrypted protocol to transmit your personal information, ensuring data security during network transmission.
3. Cross-border Data Transfer: As this app serves overseas markets, your data may be stored on servers you configure. Data is stored in mainland China by default; users may choose to configure servers in other regions. We ensure encrypted data transmission and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Data Retention Period: We retain your personal information for the following periods:
(1) Account information (phone number, username): Retained until you delete your account;
(2) Business data (order records, report data): Retained until you delete your account or delete the data;
(3) Device information and log information: Retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted or anonymized;
(4) Public cloud user data: Deleted or anonymized within 7 days after your service period expires.
If our products or services cease operation, we will notify you via push notification or announcement and delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, and immediately stop collecting personal information.
3. How We Protect This Information
1. We strive to safeguard user information security to prevent information loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure.
2. We use various security measures at a reasonable security level to protect information, including encryption technology and anonymization.
3. We have established dedicated management systems, processes, and organizations to ensure information security. We strictly limit the range of personnel who can access information, require them to sign confidentiality agreements and comply with confidentiality obligations, and conduct audits.
4. In the event of a personal information breach, we will activate emergency plans in accordance with the law, prevent the incident from expanding, and inform you of the situation, potential impact, and remedial measures via push notification or announcement. We will also report the handling of the incident as required by laws and regulations and regulatory authorities.
4. How We Use Information
1. We collect information during your use of Woolinte to create and provide better services. We use collected information for the following purposes:
1) Security: To protect the security of you and all Woolinte users, we use relevant information to enhance the security and reliability of Woolinte services, including detecting, preventing, and addressing fraud, abuse, illegal activities, security risks, and technical issues.
2) Communication: We use collected information (including your phone number) to communicate with you directly. If we detect suspicious activity (such as login attempts from unusual locations), we may send you notifications. We may also inform you about upcoming changes or improvements, or conduct service follow-ups.
3) If we use your personal information beyond the scope stated at the time of collection or beyond a directly or reasonably related scope, we will inform you again and obtain your explicit consent before such use.
2. For the use of enterprise-controlled data, we will process it in accordance with user decisions and our relevant agreements. Users have the right to decide which end-user information to display within Woolinte and how to display it.
3. Under the following circumstances, we may collect and use your personal information without your authorization as permitted by relevant laws and national standards:
1) Directly related to national security or defense; directly related to major public interests of public safety, public health, or public knowledge;
2) Directly related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment execution;
3) For maintaining major legitimate rights and interests of your or others' life or property where it is difficult to obtain your consent;
4) Personal information that you have voluntarily disclosed to the public;
5) Personal information collected from legally publicly disclosed information;
6) Necessary for concluding and performing a contract at your request;
7) Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided;
8) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
4. We do not use your personal privacy information for user profiling or personalized display. We do not share your personal information with any third-party companies.
5. User Rights
1. Modify Personal Information: When you need to update your personal information or find errors, you have the right to correct or update it. You can contact us to modify your personal information.
2. Delete Personal Information: If you wish to delete your personal information, you can contact us to delete it through the admin backend. After deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
3. Data Deletion and Account Removal. Woolinte does not support user self-registration or account creation. All accounts are created and managed by enterprise administrators through the business system backend. User data is stored in the business system managed by users themselves. If you wish to have your personal information deleted or your account removed, please contact your enterprise administrator to delete your account information through the business system backend.
6. Information Sharing and Disclosure
1. We do not share or transfer your personal information to third parties.
2. We do not publicly disclose collected personal information. If public disclosure is necessary, we will inform you of the purpose, type of information to be disclosed, and potentially sensitive information involved, and obtain your explicit consent. How end-user information is disclosed or shared within their workspace is decided and managed by the user.
3. As our business continues to develop, we may engage in mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers. We will inform you of such circumstances and continue to protect or require the new controller to protect your personal information at a standard no lower than this policy.
4. We may disclose your personal information based on legal requirements or law enforcement requests from relevant authorities.
7. Third-Party SDKs Used
The following lists our authorized partners with links to their privacy policies. We recommend that you read their privacy policies:
1. Baidu Maps
To enable location information upload and photo watermark location annotation for enterprise management to track field staff, we use the Baidu Maps SDK. This SDK requires: network, location, and storage permissions. This SDK may attempt to read the device phone number for device identification on certain older Android devices. However, since our app does not request phone state read permission, the phone number cannot actually be obtained. Any such data is processed ephemerally and is not stored or transmitted. 2. Amap (Gaode Maps)
To enable location information upload and photo watermark location annotation for enterprise management to track field staff, we use the Amap SDK. This SDK may access: location (coordinates, precise/coarse location), device information (IP, GNSS, WiFi status/parameters/list, SSID, BSSID, cell tower info, Bluetooth, sensors, signal strength, storage), device identifiers (IDFA, OAID), app info (name, version), and system info (device model, OS, carrier). This SDK may attempt to read the device phone number for device identification on certain older Android devices. However, since our app does not request phone state read permission, the phone number cannot actually be obtained. Any such data is processed ephemerally and is not stored or transmitted. 3. Google Maps
To provide map display, location services, and POI search, we use the Google Maps SDK. This SDK may collect location information and device identifiers. Read the Google Privacy Policy
4. iFlytek Voice Dictation
To enable quick voice input for order content, we use the iFlytek Voice Dictation SDK. This SDK requires: Android ID, IP address, text, and runtime log information. Read the iFlytek Voice Dictation SDK Privacy Policy
5. ZXing
To enable barcode and QR code scanning and generation, we use the ZXing open-source SDK. This SDK does not collect personal information.
6. Glide
To enable image loading and caching, we use the Glide open-source SDK. This SDK does not collect personal information.
8. Protection of Minors
This app is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we discover that we have collected personal information from an individual under 18 without verification of parental or guardian consent, we will take steps to delete such information as quickly as possible.
We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. If you are a minor (under 18 years of age), you should obtain written consent from your parent or guardian before using Woolinte. If you are the guardian of a minor and have questions about the minor's personal information, please contact us through the methods in Section 10.
9. Changes
1. We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will promptly revise this Privacy Policy if the following changes occur:
1) Changes to Woolinte's business functions;
2) Changes to data storage location;
3) Changes to the rules for using personal information;
4) Changes to our contact information and complaint channels;
5) Other changes that may affect user information security or privacy rights;
6) Other circumstances.
2. Our privacy policy revision process:
1) Project team drafts the revision;
2) Legal department reviews;
3) Users are notified via push notification or pop-up.
3. After revision, we will display the updated Privacy Policy via push notification or pop-up. If you continue to use our products or services, it means you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
4. This Privacy Policy takes effect on the date of publication and remains valid unless Woolinte adjusts it according to relevant laws and regulations and publishes a new version.

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction over the location of Hangzhou Zhimeng Technology Co., Ltd.
